One Noodle Soup

2 roasted capsicums
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic
250ml cream
1 tsp parsley
½ cup white wine
½ cup Chicken Stock

Sautee garlic and onion in butter. Pour in wine and reduce. Add all other ingredients and reduce to a sauce. Season.
