250g beans
1 small broccoli
1 capsicum
1 eggplant
2 tomatoes
5 mushrooms
3 spring onions
3 cloves garlic, diced
5 leaves basil, shredded
2 cups Napoli
Cube all vegetables and sautee in butter. Add all wet ingredients and simmer. Adjust seasoning.
