Pizza Dough with Semolina
2 cups plain flour
1/3 cup semolina
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
12g yeast
2/3 cups warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
Sift flour, semolina and salt. Stir in yeast and sugar. Add water and oil and mix to a dough. Knead for 5 minutes.
Oil and leave to rise, covered, for an hour.
