Vegetable Pies / Pasties
6 potatoes, mashed
1 300g tin tomatoes
200g mushrooms
1 carrot
1 celery stick
2 bay leaves
1 cup napoli
Butter
3 cloves garlic
Saute all vegetables in butter. Add all other ingredients and simmer to a thick sauce. Cool and remove bay leaves.
Puff pastry
Milk
Use muffin trays to construct pies, top with mashed potato instead of a lid.
