Curry Pies
500g mince
2 onions, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 celery stick, diced
½ red capsicum
2 keffir lime leaves
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp chilli powder or garam masala
2 tsp tikka masala
Salt and pepper
Breadcrumbs
2 eggs
Brown onion and mince. Add vegetables and simmer for a few minutes. Add herbs and spices and simmer for about an hour.
Allow to cool, add eggs and bring to the right consistancy with breadcrumbs.
6 sheets puff pastry
Milk
Use muffin trays to construct pies in and coat with milk before baking.
