One Noodle Soup

2 cups flour
3 tbsp cayenne pepper
3 tbsp black pepper
3 tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp marjoram
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
