Ravioli Filling (Beef)
500g eye fillet steak, diced
1 large onion, finely diced
200g mushrooms, finely diced
¼ cup red wine the mix.
½ cup Chicken Stock
½ tsp mixed herbs (fresh is better)
Salt and pepper
Breadcrumbs
Brown steak with onion. Add the mushrooms, red wine, chicken stock and spices. Reduce to a thick sauce and cool.
Pass through a sieve, then add enough breadcrumbs to form a dry filling.
